1. Promoter

The promoter is SNDYS Pty Ltd (SNDYS), operating the online store at sndysthelabel.com (Promoter).

 

2. Promotion Period

The promotion opens at 06:00 pm PDT on 22 October 2026 and closes at 5:59 am AEDT on 12 November 2026 (Promotion Period).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

 

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who are residents of the United States of America. Both new and existing SNDYS customers are eligible to enter.

Entrants must provide a valid email address and phone number to be eligible. Both details are mandatory, and entries that do not include both will be deemed invalid.

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families may be excluded from entry.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify entries that are incomplete, invalid, fraudulent or submitted in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

 

4. How to Enter

To enter, individuals must complete the giveaway entry form during the Promotion Period and provide a valid email address and phone number.

Only one entry per person is permitted. No purchase is necessary to enter, and a purchase will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.

Entry is open to eligible US residents who are 18 years of age or older, including both new and existing SNDYS customers.

 

5. Prize

One winner will receive a SNDYS gift voucher valued at $750 USD.

The voucher is redeemable exclusively at sndysthelabel.com and is subject to the applicable gift voucher terms and conditions.

The voucher is valid for three years from the date of issue. The expiry date will be communicated to the winner when the voucher is issued.

The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

The voucher cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen or damaged, to the extent permitted by law.

 

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random on 13 November 2026.

The winner will be contacted by customercare@sndys.com.au using the email address provided at the time of entry.

The prize will be issued to the verified winner on 13 November 2026, subject to successful contact and verification.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours of notification or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter may conduct a redraw.

 

7. Privacy and Marketing Consent

Entrants' personal information will be collected and handled in accordance with the SNDYS Privacy Policy and applicable US privacy laws.

Entrants may separately choose to subscribe to SNDYS marketing communications by email and SMS. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of entry into the giveaway.

Entrants who consent to marketing communications may withdraw their consent at any time using the applicable unsubscribe or opt-out instructions. Withdrawing marketing consent will not affect an entrant's eligibility or an entry already submitted.

 

8. General Conditions

This promotion is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify fraudulent or invalid entries, and modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where permitted by applicable law.

 

9. Social Media Disclaimer

If the giveaway is promoted on Instagram, Facebook or another social media platform, the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with that platform, unless expressly stated otherwise.

By entering, entrants release the relevant platform from responsibility for the promotion to the extent permitted by law.

By submitting an entry, entrants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
