Christmas Returns Policy
To ensure peace of mind during the holiday season, we’re pleased to offer an extended returns period for your Christmas purchases.
All eligible orders placed between Saturday, 23rd November 2024, and Monday, 23rd December 2024, are eligible for return until Tuesday, 8th January 2025.
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags, packaging.
- All return requests specific to this policy must be lodged via our Returns Portal prior to Tuesday the 8th January 2025 to be eligible for this extended returns policy.
Exclusions:
- Earrings and other hygiene-sensitive products.
- Items marked as Final Sale.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the purchase was made with a gift card or voucher, the refund will be credited back to the same.

All our styles fit true to Australian size standards, however please keep in mind that products may differ across various fabrics and styles.
We encourage reading each item's product description for any sizing recommendations eg. we will specify if a product runs smaller or larger.
