Delivery Timeframes

    • All orders placed before 9am AEST are shipped within 48 hours on business days. Orders placed on public holidays will be shipped the following business day.
    • During sale periods, please allow up to 4 business days for dispatch due to high order volume. We strive to ship all orders within the first 3 business days.
    • Please note that the provided delivery timeframes are estimates from postal companies. Delays due to weather or internal postal company issues may occur, and shipping timeframes do not include dispatch time.

Customs Duties and Taxes for International Orders

Cancellations and Amendments

    • Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately, and cancellations are not possible.
    • To amend an order, email our customer care team. We will attempt to accommodate your request, but if the items have already been processed, amendments may not be possible, and the customer will be responsible for any charges involved.
    • SNDYS is not responsible for lost or mis-delivered parcels due to address changes made directly with the post office or DHL. Address change requests must be made directly with SNDYS via our Customer Care contact service before shipping.
    • SNDYS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. If you select the safe drop option, ensure a safe location for delivery, as SNDYS will not compensate for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
    • Use Australia Post online tools to track your parcel. We encourage customers to track their parcels.

 

Shipping Costs

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If, for any reason, your parcel is returned to us, the shipping cost will not be refunded
    • For purchases returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal to pay taxes and duties, the customer is fully responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred. These additional shipping costs must be paid before the order can be resent or refunded. SNDYS reserves the right to deduct these additional costs from any potential refund.
