Delivery Timeframes

• We aim to ship all orders placed before 4pm PST on the same day. Orders placed on Sydney, Australia public holidays will be shipped the following business day.
• During sale periods, please allow up to 4 business days for dispatch due to high order volume.
• Please note that the provided delivery timeframes are estimates from postal companies and calculation begins from when the order is dispatched from our warehouse. Delays due to weather or internal postal company issues may occur, and shipping timeframes do not include dispatch time.

Order Tracking

• You will have received an email from us containing your tracking number to follow your order's journey.
• For further assistance or if you are unable to find your order number, contact us via email.

Customs Duties and Taxes for International Orders

• All international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are imposed by your local government. These charges are not included in your purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their exact amount, as they vary by country. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of any applicable import regulations or charges before placing an order.
  If you choose to refuse payment of any duties and taxes upon delivery, the parcel may either be returned to us or destroyed by your local customs authority.
  
  • If returned: Any fees associated with the return, including return shipping, customs charges, and handling costs, will be deducted from your total refund.
  • If destroyed: You will not be eligible for a refund, as the item cannot be recovered.
  By placing an international order, you agree to these terms and accept full responsibility for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and potential return or disposal costs.

Cancellations and Amendments

• Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately, and cancellations are not possible.
• To amend an order, email our customer care team. We will attempt to accommodate your request, but if the items have already been processed, amendments may not be possible, and the customer will be responsible for any charges involved.
• SNDYS is not responsible for lost or mis-delivered parcels due to address changes made directly with the post office or DHL. Address change requests must be made directly with SNDYS via our Customer Care contact service before shipping.
• SNDYS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. If you select the safe drop option, ensure a safe location for delivery, as SNDYS will not compensate for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
• Use Australia Post online tools to track your parcel. We encourage customers to track their parcels.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If, for any reason, your parcel is returned to us, the shipping cost will not be refunded
• For purchases returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal to pay taxes and duties, the customer is fully responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred. These additional shipping costs must be paid before the order can be resent or refunded. SNDYS reserves the right to deduct these additional costs from any potential refund.
