Christmas Returns Policy
To ensure peace of mind during the holiday season, we’re pleased to offer an extended returns period for your Christmas purchases.
All eligible orders placed between Saturday, 23rd November 2024, and Monday, 23rd December 2024, are eligible for return until Tuesday, 8th January 2025.
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags, packaging.
- All return requests specific to this policy must be lodged via our Returns Portal prior to Tuesday the 8th January 2025 to be eligible for this extended returns policy.
Exclusions:
- Earrings and other hygiene-sensitive products.
- Items marked as Final Sale.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the purchase was made with a gift card or voucher, the refund will be credited back to the same.

Community
As of October 2022, we are honoured to partner with i=change who “exists to accelerate the impact of extraordinary development projects focused on women and girls’ empowerment, and now also mitigate the impacts of climate change”. We are excited to support the 3 below charities that:
- Help tiny babies survive
- End violence against women
- Support children in emergencies

We have also partnered with Thread Together, donating clothing to those who need it most, while also extending the life-cycle of our garments. If you are interested in seeing more of what they do, feel free to check out their website here.
We’ve also been saddened by recent flood and bushfire disasters in Australia. Seeing everyday Australians losing their loved ones, their homes, their jobs, their belongings have broken our hearts and we have felt stirred to do something. Believing in the power of community, we have organised raffles to support those in need. This has seen our customers come out in full support, raising over $8,000. We have also donated clothing to various charities during these events, knowing the power that clothes have and the dignity they can restore when so much has already been taken.
Diversity
The SNDYS girl comes in all different shapes and sizes, as such we want our brand to reflect this diversity. This is why we have expanded our size range, ensuring that all collections now come in sizes XXS-XXL. Representation also matters in the content we produce and advertise and so we are continually trying to showcase this diversity on all our platforms.
