Christmas Returns Policy
To ensure peace of mind during the holiday season, we’re pleased to offer an extended returns period for your Christmas purchases.
All eligible orders placed between Saturday, 23rd November 2024, and Monday, 23rd December 2024, are eligible for return until Tuesday, 8th January 2025.
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags, packaging.
- All return requests specific to this policy must be lodged via our Returns Portal prior to Tuesday the 8th January 2025 to be eligible for this extended returns policy.
Exclusions:
- Earrings and other hygiene-sensitive products.
- Items marked as Final Sale.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the purchase was made with a gift card or voucher, the refund will be credited back to the same.

The COVID-19 outbreak continues to have an impact throughout communities around the world, and we know it has been a challenging and uncertain time for everyone.
The SNDYS team is working hard to ensure all orders are processed, dispatched and delivered as normal in a timely manner, however there are currently delays within the Australia Post system that are unfortunately completely out of our control.
We are experiencing slight delays of 7-10 days on orders being sent out, but we will still endeavour to get your orders out daily.
We ask for your patience as unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, these delays are completely out of our control.

Express Post isn't guaranteed Express but is still the most prioritised method for both International and Domestic mail. In some areas safe drop is the only option as Australia post are practicing social distancing to ensure the safety of staff and customers.
ALL International parcels can be affected by up to six weeks minimum. This is because aircraft is not flying at the same rate and Australia Post relies on passenger planes to transport their mail.
NOTES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
RESTRICTED COUNTRIES (currently not receiving mail) - India, Mexico, Austria, Romania, Russia, Turkey.
Some International Countries are currently not accepting International Parcels due to local government restrictions.
